Their strapline - ‘Stressless living’ is as much a verb as it is a noun, an evocative phrase we felt passionately could be brought to life online. By consolidating the tried and tested method online marketing activity we set about the creation of much richer experience in one digital space. Moreover, we wanted to create a space that was the hub of the campaigns marketing activity with customers driven from various directions, offline, mobile and email to all arrive at

In fact, the offline activity for this campaign featured a text-to option, connecting the worlds of offline and online seamlessly. Through this mobile marketing function Stressless customers were given the ability to interact with the brand immediately. Customers could choose to have the details of their nearest comfort studio sent to them instantly via text, or find out more via email, an emails sent to the consumer and will be waiting for them when they return to their computer.
